Snap Caps

We have a wide range of A-ZOOM snap caps, anodized and plastic snap caps, as well as Pro Tactical, Spika and Tipton. Although shaped like a standard cartridge or shot shell, snap caps contain no functional components such as primer, gunpowder and projectile which is a bullet or slug. With snap caps, a firearm can be tested to ensure it is functioning correctly without using live ammunition. It makes sure guns of certain designs do not suffer stress and impact damage during dry firing. They can also be used with semi-automatic firearms to ensure ammunition is fed correctly up the feed ramp and into the chamber.
