The Mountain Pass Axe is a full tang Condor Classic chopper that is built with the same rugged and practical materials and construction as the knives in the line, the Mountain Pass Axe is the tool of choice when chopping while still offering control for some general slicing tasks if the need arises. It has a 1075 carbon steel head with natural canvas Micarta handle scales.
The satin finished convex grind blade is ideal for chopping. The 108mm cutting edge delivers accuracy and power. The ergonomic handle is shaped to offer multiple grip positions, close to the blade for a controlled grip for slicing work or near the pommel swell for optimal leverage in heavy chopping tasks. This axe features a lanyard hole so you can add a lanyard for safety and control. This powerful chopping tool is ideal for bushcraft and camping chores.
